Request for Home Improvement Approval Application
Use this application before beginning exterior work on your property, including
painting, roofing, pavements, fencing, structures and installation of outbuildings, etc.
To protect each homeowner’s rights and property values, the Covenants, Conditions

Approval Application to the Homeowners Association Board prior to beginning
work. Receipt of City or County approval via building permit does not constitute
approval by the Homeowners Association Board. The Board has created a
committee, the Architectural Committee, to receive, review and investigate
applications and inspect material as part of processing the application and make the
determination to deny or approve each application.
