GSMST Community Service Log

GSMST students who complete 200 or more hours of community service during high school are eligible to receive a community

service seal on their diplomas. Use this log to record community service hours you earn during your years at GSMST. Please turn

logs in to the counseling office at the end of each year, so that we can help you maintain an accurate record. Remember to record

the number of hours you complete and have the supervising adult sign the log. Community service is unpaid volunteer work, so do

not log any activities for which you are paid or receive school credit (i.e. Junior Fellowship or Senior Capstone activities).
