is a free family arts &

entertainment festival that attracts 12,000-15,000 to a quintessential small town on

Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Production includes three performance stages, street

performers, 20 exclusive street vendor locations for juried fine arts and hand-craft

vendors, food sales and gaming events benefiting local non-profits and an area

exclusively dedicated to interactive visual and performing art activities for families.

Your application will be acknowledged by a representative of Caroline County

Recreation & Parks on or before May 15, 2014. This is not a commitment to schedule!

However, we will give you an indication if the festival is considering performers that are

representative of your artistic approach and quality this year. If you should maintain this

date as “Open for scheduling” on your calendar, we will be honest and tell you so.

We wish our budget and stage schedule was as deep as the proposals we receive, but we

are grateful for your application.
