● Prior experience in the hospitality industry preferred
What You will be Responsible for:
● Ensure all Housekeeping duties are performed in a timely and efficient manner, while
respecting policies, standards and procedures
● Oversee the work of Housekeeping, Housemen and Laundry Attendant throughout the
day
● Communicate with front desk to verify completion of Guest rooms
● Continuous inspection of common areas, such as lobby and pool bathrooms, to confirm
cleanliness
● Hand out individual assignments
● Inspect Guest rooms thoroughly
● Make certain Guest requests for cleaning are met
● Maintain inventory of amenities and supplies in Housekeeping closets
● Ensure appropriate maintenance and stock of all Housekeeping equipment and tools
● Willingness to fill in where necessary, at times
● Oversee lost and found, to include proper recording, storage, and communication with
front desk
● Assist in training new Team members
● Accurately follow through with instruction
● Provide reports of progress to Head Housekeeper
● Maintaining a professional appearance, this includes uniform and hair
● Greeting guests in a positive and welcoming way
● Being an expert of the Hotel in order to assist guests as best as you can
