THE PROCESS
Welcome to our Property Improvement Review process. During the development phase, all property
improvement applications are reviewed by your homeowners association. Your Board of Directors facilitate the
submittal and response process and will keep a record of all applications and decisions for property
improvements within our community. A copy of your site plan and / or corner lot fence diagram should have been
provided to you at the closing of your home. You will need it to complete your PIC Application. Some examples
of projects which require a PIC Application are fences, decks, hot tubs, pools, dog runs, tree houses, retaining
walls, water features, sheds, awnings and patios.
The information below will give you a better understanding of what is required to complete the approval process
for your property improvement project. The resources listed will help you prepare the attached PIC Application.
This cover sheet must be included with your Application.
