YOUTH PROGRAM DIRECTOR JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and monitor high level of program curriculum standard in accord with requirements of Prop.
49 grant expectations. Y-Scholars requires same oversight.
Attend all necessary meetings and trainings.
Provide direct oversight of program curriculum delivery and enrichment components.
Assure parent fees and financial assistance are accurately collected and administered.
Oversight of transportation program in Y-Scholars program.
Organize and manage field trip program with Y-ACES.
Develop trainings and maintain annual calendar with staff.
Develop and implement policies in accord with grant requirements
Oversight of conflict resolution for departments
Day Camp
Creates and schedules all camp sessions and activities.
Monitors daily camp operations to ensure adherence to all state, local and YMCA health and safety
regulations.
Secures facilities and admission for camp field trips and events.
Secures and monitors transportation for field trips.
Purchases and maintains supplies for camp activities.
Purchases and distributes camp T-shirts.

SALARY DETAILS:
Annual salary range: $37,000 - $40,000. Retirement package of 12% YMCA Retirement; 7% provided by
employer, 5% provided by employee. Full medical and dental insurance included.
