Step 1. PAN Card

2-3 weeks

Documents required:

a. PAN card Application Form

b. Copy of Passport and copy of PIO

c. 2 Passport size photos

d. Cheque in favor of Padmakshi Financial Services Limited.

Note:

• Copies should be attested by Indian Embassy/ Consulate/ High

Commission.

• Kindly sign & fill the form in Black ink only.

Step 2. AXIS Savings Bank Account NRE/ NRO or Both

2-4 weeks

Documents required:

For NRI (Non Resident Indian)

a. AXIS Bank application form

b. Photocopy of your current passport.

c. Photocopy of valid work visa or employment visa

d. 2 passport size photos

e. Overseas address proof – Any one( Utility Bill, Driving License, Residence

Permit- Government issued ID card, Credit Card Bills, Rent Receipt,

Overseas or Indian Bank Statement).

For PIO (Person of Indian Origin)

a. AXIS Bank application Form

b. Photocopy of your current passport

c. Photocopy of PIO Card or self-declaration for PIO

d. 2 passport size photos

e. Overseas address proof– Any one( Utility Bill, Driving License, Residence

Permit- Government issued ID card, Credit Card Bills, Rent Receipt,

Overseas or Indian Bank Statement).

Step 3. AXIS Bank PIS (Portfolio Investment Scheme) Account

2-4 weeks

Documents required:

For NRI (Non Resident Indian)

a. Photocopy of your current passport.
