Council
Council Policy states ALL troops prior to reregistering must complete this report, including sending the
Council a copy of the latest troop bank statement. THIS REPORT MUST BE COMPLETED FOR A TROOP TO
BE OFFICIALLY RE-REGISTERED FOR THE NEXT CALENDAR YEAR.
Please complete this report by June 10, 2014.
Please send a copy of your latest bank statement to your Membership Specialist.

Troop funds over $100.00 must be kept in a bank account in the name of the troop and Girl Scouts of
Kentucky’s Wilderness Road Council. There must be two signers on the account in addition to the service
unit manager.
