1. Have a retail location in the City of Colorado Springs

2. Have sales/delivery people in the City of Colorado Springs

3. Have leased/rented property in the City of Colorado Springs

4. Have taxable transactions occurring beyond 60 consecutive days

5. Have an internet business with other business based activities within the City of Colorado

Springs

6. Have a business located outside the City but conduct business in the City of Colorado

Springs
