W HEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:
A.
The present m arriage between the parties is hereby dissolved, and the Plaintiff and Defendant are each hereby
awarded a Judgm ent of Dissolution of Marriage dissolving their present bonds of m atrim ony.
B.
This Court adopts as a part of this Judgm ent, as if it were fully set forth herein, the agreem ent of the parties
concerning the distribution of assets, debts and liabilities. Plaintiff and Defendant each is hereby ordered to
dispose of all claim s each m ay have against the other, and to dispose of all assets, debts and liabilities, in
accordance with and pursuant to the agreem ent entered into by the parties and presented to this Court. Plaintiff
and Defendant are each ordered to tim ely execute any and all titles, certificates and other docum ents of any kind
or nature whatsoever, necessary to carry out the term s and conditions of this Judgm ent of Dissolution of Marriage
as to the division of assets, debts and liabilities ordered herein.

Each of the parties is hereby denied m aintenance for now and for all tim es hereafter.

and foreclosed from m aking any and all claim s against the other whether for alim ony or m aintenance, hom estead
rights, dower rights, rights of inheritance or any and all other property rights, whether real, personal or m ixed, which
either of them m ay now have or m ay hereafter acquire arising out of the m arital relationship heretofore existing
between them .

This Court retains jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this Judgm ent of
Dissolution of Marriage.
