Important Points to Note Re the Exit Process:

1. Students who intend to leave Candian International School must obtain appropriate signatures from

teachers and the following departments, in order to complete exit procedures. No reimbursement and/or

refund of the deposit will be made until this form is completed and submitted to the Canadian

International School Finance Department (this is the final departmental signoff needed).

2. This form should be completed and signed by the applicable departments, after the services are no longer

being utilized by the student i.e. on or near the final day of attendance at CIS. Should you require a

student certification letter and reports/transcripts for your new school, please contact the division at least

two weeks in advance of when the letter is required, to allow sufficient time for preparation of the

documentation. The first set of reports/transcripts is free. Additional copies for existing students are

available at a cost of $5.00.

3. Students must ensure that their lockers are cleared and that nothing is left behind. Any belongings that

are left in the lockers after the student’s last day of school will be disposed of.

4. The Sodexo Office will refund any stored value (monetary balance) that is on the Student ID card directly

to the student on the last day of school.

5. Student’s school email accounts will be cancelled and therefore inaccessible after the student’s last day in

CIS.
