Classroom ( ≤ 5 minutes)
● Welcome your parents to the classroom
● Share 2 new things we’ve been doing in the classroom that you can see around the room. ( c ircle or write down 2
things : IB board, genre baskets, bulletin boards, art in classroom, _______________, _________________)
● Show your parents your desk & share the following items:
○ Your organization
○ Your journal
Conference Table (15 minutes)
● Move to the conference table and bring your PTC folder from your desk.
● Introduce your parents to teacher.
● Get out ✎ Data Sheet and set it next to this checklist to use throughout the rest of conference.
● Reading
