presently pending or being instituted against Petitioner.
The circumstances and behavior of Petitioner warrant the expungement.
WHEREFORE, the Petitioner requests that this court grant this motion for the purpose of expunging
the Petitioner’s record of arrest, conviction, and/or dismissal.
