applicable rental rates, tenant expenses, escalation clauses, and lengths of leases.

person qualified to appraise the type of property in question. Older mobile homes are appraised using
standard values obtained from the NADA Manufactured Housing Appraisal Guides, and will generally require

valid appraisal to establish a lower value, unless we discover an error in our method of apprai
sal.
