School Transfer Request
Students are expected to attend the school that serves the area of their residence. Board of Education guidelines
(BOE: FILE JCB.) provides students with a process to transfer between schools for legitimate needs of children
and their families. Parent/legal guardians need to complete a Transfer Request form and submit the completed
form to the sending school principal. Please read the reverse side for the conditions of a transfer prior to signing
the request.
