You are required by law to examine said account, inquire into the contents thereof and to all matters
that may come before the Court on the hearing thereon, and to file any exceptions you may have to such
account at least five days prior to the hearing, and upon your failure to do so, the account may be approved
without further notice.
If any of the above named persons was not a party to the proceeding wherein the following prior
accounts of the fiduciary were settled; [specify such prior accounts and the period of time covered thereby],
