All notices shall be in writing, using Form 430B, and may be given by facsimile or by personal service, whichever is most expedient, to the other party,

or their Brokerage Representative. For the purpose of computing time, Saturdays, Sundays and all legal holidays shall be included. Time allowable for
response by the Buyer pursuant to Clause 2 shall exclude the hours between 12 midnight and 8:00 a.m. on the day following delivery of notice.
