Hereby authorize the following:

Our conveyancer (Anderson Property Transfers) to represent us in the purchase of the above names property

including all matters relating to the vendors statement pursuant to sections 27 and 32 of the Sale of Land Act 1962,

contract of sale, transfer of land, collection of title, attendance to our mortgagee’s requirements, and all other

documents in the arrangement of and attendance at settlement on our behalf. We hereby acknowledge that any

conveyancing advice between us and our conveyance is not for the benefit of any third party.

This authority is deemed by us to be suitable advice of our consent for our conveyance to deal with any party

relevant to this transaction under the Privacy Act.

We further authorize our conveyance on our behalf to arrange for all the preparation of all documents, to prepare

and to sign all letters, to receive all correspondence, to collect, send and receive all documents and papers, to make

and receive all telephone communications and fax transmissions, to pay any monies due by us and to give valid

receipt discharges.

Furthermore, you acknowledge having received written confirmation from Anderson Property Transfers advising

that they are not a solicitor and legal firm and cannot provide legal advice. You also acknowledge and agree to the

content of the cost disclosure provided.

We hereby agree and confirm the above.

We declare that we authorize Anderson Property Transfers to act on our behalf in respect to the sale of the property

and hereby declare this is authority is irrevocable.
