will not divulge any information, questions, content or procedures about the selection

process to anyone. I understand that part of the selection process includes a Police Officer

Panel Interview and that the questions asked, answers provided and information shared are

intended to be and are confidential and that sharing or disseminating any of that information

in any format with anyone outside of the Arlington County Police Department will be a

violation of this Agreement and grounds for removal from the application process and will

preclude me from being further considered for employment by the County.

I understand and agree to these terms and conditions and that I am signing this Agreement of

my own free will, understanding that any disclosures adversely affect the County and its

ability to hire and retain the best candidates for positions as sworn officers in the Police

Department.
