It is hereby requested that Dexter Township grant a shared driveway permit to serve the

In compliance with Section 20.05 of the Dexter Township Zoning Ordinance.

Legal description of the lot (s) or parcel (s) to be served.

Legal description of the easement.

Names and addresses of all persons or parties owning an interest in the title to

the property to be served.

Survey drawing of proposed easement and shared driveway.

Plans and profile drawing of proposed easement improvement.

Statement as to terms and/or conditions of easement improvement.

Power of attorney if application is signed by other than the property owner.

Street cut permit issued by Washtenaw County Road Commission.

Number of lots to be served ____________________

Maintenance agreement as required by section 20.05 A.1.B. of the Dexter

Zoning Ordinance, (said agreement to be registered with all deeds for all parcels

to be served and evidence of such recording with the Washtenaw County

Compliance Certificates can be issued).

Easement agreement as required by section 20.05.A.1.C. of the Dexter Zoning

Ordinance, (said agreement to be registered with all deeds for all parcels to be

served and evidence of such recording with the Washtenaw County Register of

Deeds shall be presented to Dexter Township before any Zoning Compliance

Certificates can be issued).
