The parties agree to abide by the following conditions during the term of the lease agreement which covers

the period from ___ to _______.

1. will be responsible for the maintenance of the plot in the ____section of the property. (see site map)

2. There will be no sub-leasing allowed of any part of the leased plot.

3. There will/will not be farm animals or birds as part of the operation on the leased plot.

5. will pay for any city water used in the fall of each year according to the reading on the water meter

installed for this purpose or appropriate cost of well water to compensate for the maintenance of
