KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: That _____________________________, as principal, and
_____________________________________, as securities, are held and firmly bound unto the Governor of the State of
Georgia, and successors in office, in the just and full sum of __________________________________________Dollars.
The conditions of the above obligation is such that,
WHEREAS, the Principal had at said term of Court, had a judgment as follows:
