Instructions: Use this application if you are the owner of the property(ies) and you are filing for 9 (nine) or fewer properties. This waiver
is for property owners only who are filing on their own behalf. All other filers must file electronically. This request must be filed with
the Department of Finance no later than August 2, 2010. In order for a Request for Waiver of the RPIE 2009 Electronic Filing to be
considered, you must file and complete a hard copy of the 2009 RPIE and mail the completed form and this Request for Waiver to
the address provided above. Hard copies of 2009 RPIE forms are available by calling 311 or visiting a borough business center.
