

In the case that I apply for a Program country scholarship, I have European (or EEA)

nationality and/or I have lived or carried out my main activities (studying, working…)

in any of the European Union member states or EEA countries for more than a total of

12 months over the last five years, with reference to the 03

of January, 2016.

Otherwise, my application will be placed as Partner Country one.



I have not benefited from an Erasmus Mundus Master Course (EMMC) scholarship in

the past.



I will not apply for an Erasmus+ scholarship in more than three different Master or

Doctorate programs this academic year.

I herein confirm that the documents submitted with my application are true copies of the originals,

and all the information provided faithful to the truth and agree that:

The Coordinator of the European Master in Theoretical Chemistry and Computational

Modelling (TCCM) reserves the right to cancel my registration in case of proof of

false document or testimony.



I authorize TCCM Consortium Universities to check the information provided during

my application for an Erasmus Mundus scholarship.



I also understand that a false declaration would result in the immediate cancellation of

my admission or the deprivation of my status as an Erasmus+ scholarship holder.
