The undersigned hereby makes application to erect the following sign, as specified herein, and does agree to comply with the provisions of
the City of Zion Sign Ordinance whether or not the same is specified herein.
1.
Applications for a NEW SIGN shall be accompanied by one reproducible drawing of the sign, drawn to scale, showing all
dimensions and one (1) extra copy of the drawing.
2.
Applications shall be accompanied by a site drawing showing the exact placement of the new sign including distances to lot lines,
buildings on the premises, and all permanent signs within 20 feet of the new sign.
3.
One application shall be submitted for each sign.
4.
A separate electrical permit shall be obtained as required by the Electrical Code of the City of Zion.

The fee for sign permit is $100.00, plus $35.00 for each additional sign included in the same application of the same date. This permit is
non-transferable to another sign and must be installed within 180 days or require a new application. I, the undersigned, attest the
