STUDY ABROAD FINANCIAL AID APPLICATION FORM

To be considered for funding, students must be accepted into a study abroad program for

academic credit with a minimum length of 4 weeks. To qualify for study abroad funding,

students must be enrolled with a minimum of 12 credits per semester, or 6 credits during

summer/winterim programs. Additional eligibility criteria taken into consideration include

academic performance and financial need. In the event that the funds are awarded and a student

does not go abroad, the student will be responsible for repaying the total amount funded.

Student must complete the financial aid application process to include completing the FAFSA

and the E-Supp (Marian’s on-line institutional form).

Directions: Please complete the first 2 pages of the form and return it to the Study Abroad Office

or Campus Mailbox #44.
