the responsibility of the purchaser to choose their own escrow/closing company. HUD will not pay for the
escrow/closing service. It will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note Line 9 of the HUD-9548 Sales
Contract MUST contain the buyer selected closing agent listed on this form.
