We consider this appeal on the accelerated calendar, and this judgment entry is

not an opinion of the court.

Defendant-appellant Nepton Speller and plaintiff-appellee Lisa Brady are the

biological parents of Jalyn Speller. Jalyn was born on March 14, 2001. At that time,

Speller and Brady lived together and cared for Jalyn. Speller and Brady were not

married. In June 2006, Speller and Brady separated, and Jalyn went to live with

Brady.

In May 2008, Brady filed a motion with the Hamilton County Juvenile Court

requesting that Speller pay current and back child support.

Speller admitted

paternity, and a magistrate set an interim monthly child-support order at $750

effective August 22, 2008. A child-support worksheet was attached to the interim

order.

Speller filed an objection to the magistrate’s decision.
