STIPULATED MOTION MEDIATE AND STAY PROCEEDINGS ON APPEAL

By this motion, the parties request the Court to stay

appellate proceedings for 90 days so they may pursue a

mediated resolution of the matter.

The motion has been filed within 30 days of the filing of

the notice of appeal. The parties understand that if mediation
