The condition of this obligation is such, that whereas the above bounden principal has made application to the Office of

the Navajo Tax Commission for a Fuel Distributor's License, pursuant to the Navajo Nation Fuel Excise Tax.

Now, therefore, in consideration of the license being issued to principal, the principal shall comply with and faithfully

observe all the laws and regulations now or hereafter existing affecting or relating to the distribution of fuel within the

Navajo Nation. This bond secures that compliance. Principal and sureties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts

of the Navajo Nation for all actions to enforce liability on this bond.

Any surety who wishes to be relieved from liability arising in this bond shall file with the Office of the Navajo Tax

Commission a statement in writing setting forth the desire of the surety to be relieved of liability and the reasons therefor.

The surety shall mail a copy of the statement via certified mail to the last known address of the licensee named in the bond.

Twenty days after the required statement is filed with the Office of the Navajo Tax Commission and a copy mailed to the

licensee, the surety is released from all liability thereafter arising on the bond.

If the licensee remains in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations for a period of two years from the

effective date of this bond, the licensee may make application to the Office of the Navajo Tax Commission for release of the

bond.
