Pursuant to Alaska Statutes 10.15.400 to 10.15.445, if a foreign corporation authorized to transact business in
the State of Alaska is party to an organic change permitted by the laws of the home state, the surviving
corporation shall, within 30 days file with the Commissioner a certified copy of the Articles of Consolidation
from the home state. If the resulting entity will be transacting business in the State of Alaska, an application for
Certificate of Authority must be filed.
