JUDGMENT ENTRY TO PAY OR DELIVER ESTATE OF A MINOR WITHOUT APPOINTMENT
OF A GUARDIAN OF ESTATE
Upon hearing the Application to Pay or Deliver Funds Without the Appointment of Guardian, the Court
finds that ___________________________________ is a minor; the estate of the minor is twenty-five thousand
dollars ($25,000.00) or less, and a guardianship of the estate is not necessary.
Therefore, the Court orders that the appointment of a guardian of estate be dispensed with and that the
