My/Our failure to pursue the sale or comply with the conditions of the accepted and approved offer to
purchase would mean forfeiture of the deposit in favor of the BSP in accordance with Item VIII.a of the Negotiated
Sale Rules and Procedures.
Should my/our offer be disapproved, I/we am/are entitled to the return of the deposit tendered, without
