of taxes is required under Idaho Code section 23-1319.

If the business does not pay the taxes imposed under Chapter 13, Title 23, Idaho code, when due, the surety agrees to pay all
taxes, and any related penalties, and interest that may be due or become due, and the Commission may recover the tax, and any
related penalties, and interest from the Surety, up to $________________.
The Surety reserves the right to withdraw as Surety, except for any liability already incurred or accrued, and may do so by giving
written notice to the Commission. The withdrawal will not become effective until thirty (30) days after the Commission has received
