Dear Mr Tupou

Concerns over Volleyball Challenge

Thank you for your letter outlining your concerns about the Rimu Park Volleyball

Challenge. I understand that there were several aspects of the organisation that your

teams found less than satisfactory.

I wish to apologise for the fact that we were not well enough prepared for the

tournament. As a result of your comments I have made the following changes:

1. Uniforms: I have asked the supplier to contact teams directly to avoid delays

caused by double handling at our office.

2. Draw, courts and referees: The draw for the remaining matches has been

prepared in advance. Details about the courts and referees have already been

included.

Contact details for the uniform supplier and a copy of the draw are attached to this

letter.

We look forward to the rest of the tournament running more smoothly, and would like

to thank you for your continued support. Do not hesitate to contact me if you wish to

discuss any of these issues further.
