Land which has sold for more than one hundred fifty percent of its capitalized rent shall be separately classified and remain so classified for a
minimum of five years. During those five years, the owner of the land must make ANNUAL application providing pertinent information
concerning the land. After five years, the land may be reclassified as agricultural land if the land has remained in agricultural use and the land
owner has made annual application stating such during those five years.
