Enrollment in the TxVSN courses does affect UIL eligibility as the instructor sends regular grade updates to ECHS. Also,
students must seek access to a computer and internet on their own time and not during scheduled class time. Coursework
may be done at home or at school during zero hour. Successful enrollment in on-line courses requires that students hold a
high level of academic responsibility for meeting deadlines and completing assignments independently. Students are
expected to interact with their on-line instructors weekly and meet all assignment deadlines. ECHS reserves the right to
deny student participation in the TxVSN courses if they have a history of incomplete online coursework.
