New Tax Rate for City of Point Arena
Tax rates within the Point Arena city limits will increase from 7.25% to 7.75%

effective April 1, 2004. Voters approved the tax rate increase, known as the City of
Interim Executive Director
Point Arena Transactions and Use Tax, to
fund necessary repairs and maintenance of the
city's road system.
Point Arena is located in Mendocino County. The tax rate in areas of the county
outside the city of Point Arena and the city of Willits (which also has a 7.75% tax rate)
will remain at 7.25%.
