DATA & ASSOCIATED COSTS

: The tax office staff will extract & print some frequently

requested general information at a cost that is set out below. The information that the tax office will

provide is: current owner’s name, address and parcel (PIN) number. This information is printed on

mailing labels. There is a minimum charge of $5.00 for each separate request.

COST: $.03 per parcel* (3 cents) for Name, Address, & PIN Number only

*$5.00 Minimum fee for all requests.

By submitting this form online, you are requesting the cost for the information requested. You will be

contacted and informed of the cost. Payment must be received before the request will be processed.

The tax office may not honor data requests at certain times during the year, at the discretion of the Tax Administrator, when doing so

would interfere with the administration of property taxes. The tax office will try to provide the data in a timely fashion but will not

guarantee a completion date. It is suggested that requests be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance of when needed. The data

provided is what is in the records of the Currituck County Tax Office as of the time printed, however the County Of Currituck is

not guaranteeing the accuracy of the data nor will the County be liable for the reliance thereon. It is the responsibility of any party to

verify any data before making use thereof.
