TRAVEL PERMISSION FOR MINORS

Any student under the age of 18 at the time of departure MUST carry a letter signed by his/her parent(s)/legal guardian(s)

stating that the student has permission to participate in the program. This letter is necessary in the U.S. as well as

traveling out of the U.S.

To be valid, this letter must be notarized.

Students under the age of 18 traveling without this letter may be denied permission to leave the U.S. or denied entry into

their country of destination. Depending on individual circumstances, additional supporting documentation may be

required. Check with the airline issuing your ticket, as well as with the Embassy or Consular Office of the country of

countries of destination.
