Addendum #1 dated 04/02/2015

The following amends the above referenced RFP documents.

Receipt of this addendum

is to be acknowledged by completing the enclosed "Acknowledgement of Receipt of

Addenda Form” and including it in the Technical Proposal.

The due date and time for the Initial Technical Proposal REMAINS as

Wednesday, April 15, 2015 on or before 5:00 p.m. EDT.

Proposals must be delivered to the Issuing Office (see Section I, Paragraph 2) in

accordance with Section I, Paragraph 6 of the solicitation document.

Late proposals

cannot be accepted.

2. Attached please find the Solicitation Questions/Issues Log that responds to initial

questions received from potential Proposers.

3. Any further questions from potential Proposers are to be provided in the format of the

Question/Issues Log. We appreciate your cooperation in using a standard format.

4. RE: Solicitation Schedule, page 3 of the Solicitation, due to a scheduling issue, the

dates for the oral Presentation/Discussion Sessions are REVISED to May 1, 2015 and/or

May 4, 2015. A revised Sample Transmittal Form is attached to this Addendum.
