Your son or daughter learned about the discipline plan that will be used in his/her

classroom for this school year. Below, I have provided a list of the classroom rules and

an explanation of the consequences/rewards that will result from the decisions they

make. Please remember that the goal of the discipline procedures is to help your son

or daughter understand that bad behavior is based on bad decisions that can be

changed.

Once you have read this information, please sign the bottom portion and return it the

following day.
