Application for IEP courses

FROM OUTSIDE SOUTH AFRICA

STEP 1

Download and complete the application form. Send it together with the relevant documents to the office

manager, Nawaal at nluiters@sun.ac.za.

STEP 2

We will e mail you the links to the on-line tests. Complete the tests and send us your scores.

STEP 3

We will process your application and issue your letter of admission for your study visa application.

STEP 5

When you arrive in South Africa, first report at the Postgraduate and International Office (PGIO) then follow

the steps below.

WHEN YOU ARE IN SOUTH AFRICA

STEP 1

Make an appointment at the Language Centre to write your placement test.

STEP 2

Write your placement test on the appointed day. We will forward the results to you within 48 hours and

confirm your acceptance to the Intensive English Programme.

STEP 3

Visit the Postgraduate and International Office to

 make your payment with Yolanda Johnson

 submit your original passport, study permit, proof of medical insurance, proof of payment and register

with Carmelita Talmarkes

STEP 4

On the first day of the IEP class, please join us in Room 354 of the Arts Building with your admission letter.

Final registration will then take place.
