INSTRUCTIONS FOR OBTAINING A MULTIPLE BROKER’ S LICENSE
In order for you to obtain a second broker’ s license, the following procedure(s) will be necessary:
Complete and return the enclosed Second Broker’ s Application.
Submit a check made payable to the Real Estate Commission in the amount of $45.00.
If you desire to become the qualifying broker for a second company, both companies for
which you are qualifying broker must be located at the same address(Section 34-27-
32(f)Rules and Regulations of the Alabama Real Estate License Law).
A qualifying broker for a real estate company may serve as an associate broker for
another real estate company at the same location.
Submit proof of Errors & Omissions Insurance Coverage for this second brokers license.
