Section I: Instructions for financial filing pursuant to Section 8-1.4 of the Estates, Powers and

Trusts Law (EPTL).

Section II: Instructions for financial filing pursuant to Article 7-A of the Executive Law

(7-A).

Section III: Summary of financial filing requirements for entities required to register pursuant to

both the Executive Law and the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law -- these entities are referred to

in as `dual registrants.'
