VIRGINIA DIRECT PAYMENT PERMIT
If you recently made an accelerated sales and use tax payment you will need to fi le a reconciliation
return for the month of June. This packet contains the forms and instructions you will need to fi le your
return (Form ST-6AP) and reconcile the accelerated payment with the actual June liability.
June Reconciliation Return Form ST-6AP
The Form ST-6AP in this packet replaces your normal sales and use tax return for the month of June
2010 and must be fi led by July 20, 2010.
If your June Form ST-6AP shows a net overpayment, claim the credit on a July Form ST-6AP available
at . Otherwise, fi le your regular Form ST-6 for July 2010 and subsequent fi ling
periods.
