midnight on the date of expiration, your certification is expired. The postmark date does not mean that your certification has

been updated in our system; it still takes 3-4 weeks to process. If your application is not completely filled out or the fee is

incorrect, it will be returned to you and further delay the renewal process. To use the automated verification line to check if
