Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Bond

___________________________________a corporation organized and existing under the laws of

the State of Michigan, as surety (“surety”), is obligated to the city of Walker, State of Michigan,

as obligee (“obligee”), in the amount of _______________________________________dollars

($____________________), for the payment of which principal and surety bind themselves, their

successors and assigns, jointly and severally, by these provisions.

Because principal has applied for or has been issued a Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Permit

to establish, maintain, and/or conduce an earth change on the property described above in an

accordance with the conditions contained ins aid permit, permit is by reference made apart of this

bond, and is referred to her as the permit.

Now, therefore, the condition of this obligation is that, if principal shall:

Faithfully follow the requirements of Part 91, Act 451, P.A. of 1994 and;

Faithfully adhere to the requirements of the permit and complete such work by the

time stated on the permit, and;

Faithfully comply with section 34-206 on Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control

promulgated under the provisions of Part 91, Act 451, P.A. of 1994

Then this obligation shall be null and void; otherwise it shall remain in full force and effect,

whether or not the permit has been revoked, suspended, or modified.
