Divorced parents will provide divorce papers and custody of child papers.

6 Both parents’ passport copies

(children of dual nationals are also required to provide mother/fathers (valid,

expired or cancelled) pakistani passport/NICOP/CNIC card in original and British

passport, if available.

7 Proof of address of the parent(s)

i.e. Utility bill, driving licence or council tax bill etc.

You may wish to provide any additional relevant documentation which you feel will assist you in

obtaining a visa to Pakistan.

Note:

1. The discounted visa fee applies if one parent is holding a valid or expired Pakistani passport of the

exact matching particulars (i.e. complete name, Date of Birth, Place of birth etc) as on British passport

and Birth Certificate. Additional names, inclusion or omission of middle names on any document is not

accepted for discount. Discount also applies to a child who is holding their own valid or expired

Pakistani passport alongside a British passport with the same particulars.

2. Discount is not available on CANCELLED, DENOUNCED, or RESTRICTED** Pakistani passports. Also not

available if applying with a NICOP/CNIC card.

3. Under 18 applicants not holding their own or parents’ Pakistani Identification are required to provide a

sponsor/invitation letter or their name be included on a family or group invitation letter.

4. Divorced parent(s) will provide divorce certificate and custody papers of the child(ren).

5. If parents of under 18 applicants are/were Afghan nationals a sponsor letter on Stamped paper

attested by the Notary Public in Pakistan is to be produced.

**Any passport issued for less than 5 years for any reason(s) falls under the restricted category.
