Further, this leave will be considered protected under FMLA/CFRA, and the leave will be
counted against your FMLA/CFRA leave entitlement. You have the right to reinstatement to the
same position, or an equivalent position in terms of pay, benefits, and terms and conditions of
employment, upon your return from FMLA/CFRA leave. If your leave extends beyond the end
of your FMLA/CFRA entitlement, you do not have reinstatement rights.
